• Tennis Profile: skill level (NTRP rating), bio, playing preferences;

• Message Content: your responses to match invitations and related texts;
• Delivery Status: whether messages were delivered.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: how you interact with the Service;
• Device Information: browser type, operating system;
• Log Data: IP address, access times.

How We Use Your Information

• Coordinate tennis matches and events;
• Send match invitations, reminders, and verification codes via SMS;
• Process your RSVPs and match you with players of similar skill;
• Track match results and player statistics;
• Process subscription payments;
• Provide customer support and improve the Service;
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Consent

Types of SMS Messages

• Verification Codes — one-time login codes;
• Match Invitations — upcoming matches in your groups;
• RSVP Confirmations — when you accept or decline;
• Reminders — before matches (typically 24h and 2h prior);
• Schedule Changes — time, location, or cancellations;
• Score Updates — match results and statistics.

How to Opt Out

Stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, visiting your Message Preferences page, or emailing support@topspinhero.com. After opting out you'll receive one final confirmation. Opting out may limit your ability to participate in matches. Message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Sharing

Service Providers (Subprocessors)

• Twilio — SMS delivery and phone verification;
• Stripe — payment processing;
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and infrastructure.

Other Players

• Players in your groups can see your name, nickname, photo, and skill level;
• Group organizers can see your phone number and RSVP status.

Legal & Safety

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to enforce our Terms.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time.

Data Security

We protect your information using:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
• Secure cloud infrastructure;
• Access controls and authentication;
• Ongoing security practices.
